The most popular ticket is the Swiss Pass, which gives free travel on the entire network, as well as public transport in the cities, free admission to more than 470 museums and discounts on the most funiculars, cable cars and cog railways. Children under the age of 16 travel free accompanied by at least one parent.
Glacier Express. One of the most beautiful aspects of the Alps of Switzerland is Glacier Express, mountain scenery between St Moritz/Davos and Zermatt on an 8-hour journey in the world’s slowest express train. The train climbs to its peak over the Oberalppass at an altitude of 2,033 meters.
