Find Aside in Peckham

You will need Google Map to find this tiny little spot if you´re not a local. At Aside the menue focuses on seasonal ingrediences. The Sunday roasts are served with roast potatoes and xtra-large Yorkshire pudding and charred carrot. A seriously good roast discreetly down a back street in Peckham.

The Guinea Grill in Mayfair

This is a traditional Mayfair pub and steakhouse with some extraordinary meat for Sundays. Hearty beef, pork belly, rack of lamb and sirloin served with beef dripping gravy, Yorkshire pudding, onions with bacon and variety of vegetables. The Guinea pub has been here since 1423. This place has the clue in the name. At Roast they are serious about aiming for the best Sunday roast. Based in the Borough Market, Britain´s oldest food market, the main ingredients are right on the doorstep. Dishes from the traditional roast beef to seafood and organic salads. Brunch on Saturday and Sunday Roast.

Posh Carvery in Covent Garden

Simpson´s in the Strand has served roasts since 1848. Unlike most carveries, at this posh place Scottish beef and Welch lamb are carved on a silver trolley by your table. Historic Simpson´s use to be home of chess and a favorite haunt for Sherlock Holmes. Now it´s all about carving meat every day. A 30 day dry aged roast rib beef served from the trolley with all the trimmings costs 42 pounds.
